We at SpiceSaga are committed to providing the best quality whole and blended masalas. Please read our Return and Refund Policy to understand your rights regarding product returns.
1. Eligibility for Returns
- Returns are accepted only for defective, damaged, or incorrect products.
- Perishable items such as spices are generally non-returnable for hygiene reasons unless faulty or mis-shipped.
- To initiate a return, contact us within 24 hours of receipt with a description and photographic evidence of the issue.
2. Return Process

- Once approved, return instructions and address will be shared.
- The product must be returned in its original packaging, unopened (except for inspection), and unused condition.
3. Refunds
- Refunds will be processed after inspection and confirmation of eligibility, within 7-10 business days.
- Refunds will be made through the original payment method.
- Shipping charges are generally non-refundable, and return shipping costs are to be borne by the customer unless the return is due to our error.
4. Exchange Policy
Currently, we do not offer direct exchanges. Please place a new order and follow return procedures for the original product if applicable.
5. Cancellation Policy
- Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of placement if not yet shipped. Contact us immediately for cancellations.
- Once shipped, cancellation is not possible, but you may return the product following the return guidelines.
6. Exceptions
Custom and bulk orders may have different terms and are not eligible for return unless defective. Please check order confirmation details.
